To help consumers tick one more chore off their lists, talabat has introduced a beta version of its grocery shopping assistant, talabat AI.
Starting next week, talabat pro subscribers in the UAE using the English version of the app will get early access to the Beta version of ‘talabat AI.’
talabat mart customers can use the ChatGPT-powered grocery shopping assistant to search for recipes and identify available ingredients while ordering groceries. Customers can ask the grocery assistant to find recipes, ingredients available at the nearest talabat mart store, and receive cooking tips and nutritional information.
Yi-Wei Ang, Chief Product Officer, talabat, says, “We are thrilled to be the first in everyday delivery in the MENA region to integrate this capability into our app as part of our vision to simplify everyday life through innovative solutions.”
The company’s goal is to explore new, tech-enabled ways to enhance customer experience. Ang adds, “talabat is a technology company, and we go the extra mile to consistently elevate our offerings, with a firm commitment to lead innovation in the everyday delivery industry and transform how users engage with apps.”
talabat AI was developed to make grocery shopping more manageable and efficient for customers.
It is interesting to see how brands use AI to simplify grocery shopping, enhance customer experience and provide new solutions for everyday problems.
Following its Beta version launch in the UAE, talabat AI will roll out to talabat pro subscribers in Kuwait and other markets.
