The legendary show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), India’s version of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, in its 14th Season, saw massive participation for its on-ground gameplay events across GCC. With over 4500 registrations, more than 1000 contestants enjoyed the KBC gameplay which was organised in Oasis Malls in UAE, Bahrain and Oman. Ten winners from across the region won an all-expense paid trip to witness, Indian superstar Amitabh Bachchan live in action hosting the show and other participating contestants received gift hampers.
The event venue was hosted by Oasis Mall and sponsored by Abevia, Emami, Bikaji, P&G, Hayatna, Eros Group, Western Union and Malabar. They partnered with Air Arabia and Armaf, Cosmo, Dabur, Citizen and Affordables.
Sony Entertainment Television ME aims to host further events in the region for television shows, Shark Tank India and Masterchef India in the future.
