Merkle, part of dentsu, has been appointed by Sacred Groves to deliver and manage its communications and engagement strategy for its online programmes.
Sacred Groves, a start-up social enterprise with a unique proposition, new to the world of conservation, aims to enable millions of environmentally sensitive individuals and companies (guardians) to support natural habitats all over the world. Merkle’s remit is to develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that attracts this niche target audience to the platform and converts them into Guardians. The opportunity for the agency is to craft the marketing blueprint for an entirely new category that has no precedence anywhere in the world. By building and activating a performance strategy that helps drive brand awareness, improve consumer engagement and build long-lasting personalised relationships with consumers Merkle and Sacred Groves will lay the path for at least 100,000 acres of natural habitats to be conserved by 2025.
