Pikasso Jordan is pleased to inform you that it has won the contract to operate the exclusive advertising concession for Souq Bab Al Madinah Mall located in Zarqa, only 31 km Northeast of Amman.
Zarqa is the 3rd largest city of Jordan constituting a conurbation with Russeifa counting a total of 1,545,100 inhabitants. Zarqa has a very active city center and acts as Jordan’s Industrial hub with 50 per cent active factories. Moreover, it has two famous universities: Zarqa University & The Hashemite University.
Souq Bab Al Madinah will be the new landmark and destination for Zarqa & Russeifa residents and visitors. It consists of a built-up area of 120,000 m2 with a GLA of 41,000 m2. it includes 358 retail stores. 33 Indoor & Outdoor restaurants and cafes offering an exquisite dining experience within a space designed with open-air features.
It also offers banking services accommodating a complete Mezzanine floor, 4,000 m2 entertainment spaces operated by Beyond Games & Cinema Screens. A total underground Parking Space that fits 1,300 cars.
It also includes the largest branch of Carrefour Hypermarket in the Kingdom; which has already opened its doors in December 2020 generating a daily footfall of 6,000 shoppers. Advertising Spaces on Carrefour Floor (B2) are available for your immediate bookings with the expected Grand Opening of the Mall by June 2021.
Last but not least, their commitment to a green environment is exemplified through the Atrium Structure, deploying the latest PV cell technology to generate part of their electricity from solar power.
Pikasso is deploying state-of-the-art inventory consisting of a large format digital Screen; which will transform into the main attraction of the mall. To be complemented with displays, backlits, special wrappings & large formats on external facades.
