Motivate Talent, Dubai’s leading entertainment and talent agency, is on the hunt for a highly skilled and motivated professional to take on the role of Head of Talent.

Your creative approach, coupled with your keen eye for emerging trends and talent, will drive the continued success of the business. You will possess a deep understanding of the entertainment landscape and will be skilled at identifying potential stars. You will be able to build strong relationships with artists and industry professionals, ensuring a mutually rewarding experience for all parties involved.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the Motivate Talent division with finesse and innovation.
- Collaborate with world-class clients, matching them with the perfect talents for their projects.
- Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand Motivate Talent’s influence.
- Nurture strong relationships with artists, content creators and industry stakeholders.
- Be on top of industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent management or a related field within the entertainment industry.
- An extensive network of clients and talent within the entertainment landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A dynamic and adaptable approach to talent development and representation.
- A passion for fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
