Fast Company Middle East has unveiled this year’s list of the region’s Most Innovative Companies.
The list recognises 39 companies across 23 sectors, which include advertising, e-commerce, education, retail, consumer goods and media.
In the advertising, branding and PR category, winning companies included Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Publicis Groupe Middle East who were acknowledged for pioneering a new approach to client engagement.
Advertising agency TBWA\RAAD was recognised in the workplaces category for creating shared goals through dynamic and flexible policies. It has implemented transformative initiatives and revamped the onboarding experience, fostering unity and connection among a diverse workforce.
Three companies were recognised in the media category, including Al Arabiya News Channel for advancing technology in news delivery; it integrated augmented reality, introduced an AI news presenter, and expanded its reach; Kapturise for being a one-stop solution for content creation; and Telfaz11 for extending creative and cultural influence beyond Saudi Arabia.
The list also featured media intelligence provider Carma for delivering tailor-made content, and retail luxury goods firm Chalhoub Group for enhancing and transforming retail with emerging tech.
In the entertainment space, OSN was recognised for its inclusive content strategy.
Other companies included multinationals such as L’Oreal Middle East and PepsiCo Middle East, as well as local firms like Masdar City, e& and banking firm Mashreq
