Dalia joined H+K on recommendation from one of our biggest clients. In just 2.5 years, I have seen her grow into a strong leader and core member of our practice. I’ve lost count of the number of times industry leaders inform me that Dalia is one of the rising stars of the industry, which is a testament to her hard work and the relationships she has forged with clients, colleagues, media and influencers. Dalia has demonstrated creativity, leadership and strategic counsel well beyond her years and this has not gone unnoticed – a key contributor to growing her accounts.

Bio

Across my 6-year history of working in PR, I have had the opportunity to work across retail and fashion, FMCG and hospitality – realizing the impact and importance of technology across all industries. Joining the Technology Practice at H+K has empowered me to further develop my expertise with consumer brands. My experience has involved managing regional events of over 100 attendees, leading crisis communications and handling the strategic execution of award-winning digital retail campaigns. As I continue to develop in my career, I look forward to working closely with regional teams – offering my counsel and collectively working to secure new business.

How has Covid changed your job?

Working from home presented an unpredictable shift, causing us to think about the people behind the screens. We’ve become more attuned to the importance of transparency, maintaining work-life balance and trusting our colleagues and clients. For our clients, we’ve changed the equation – offering counsel, alternative solutions and measuring our impact.

Side hustle

Turning my passion into a reality, for the past 2 years, I’ve joined a group of talented and inspirational women who love to dance. Beyond training and performing, we’ve also hosted talks on topics such as female empowerment, and I hope to someday lead a session of my own.
