Alefiya Patharia Kapadia, Group Account Director, Radix Media Mena: In the last 2.5 years since Rand has been with Radix Media, she has become an integral part of our team.

As an integrated Planner, she champions the art of delivering campaigns successfully across FMCG, banking and finance & Automobile categories. She has been instrumental in converting topline strategies into KPI driven media plans, which has further helped her clients go beyond their intended goals.

Rand’s never say die attitude is well supplemented with her enthusiasm to outperform her own self. She is an incredible team member with a hunger to learn more and excel in every project she works on.

It is this passion of hers which makes her stand out from the crowd.

Career highlights

After graduating in Marketing & Communications, I have spent the last 2.5 years enriching my media experience across diversified categories such as FMCG, Automobile, Banking, F&B, etc.

In a world that is ruled by pixels & posts, it has been a sheer joy to achieve results for my clients that go beyond and above expected ROIs.

The other big thing to come out of my work experience so far has been the ability to develop effective working relationships, which have allowed me to grow within the agency going from a fresher to Senior Account Executive in a span of fewer than 2 years.

Side hustle

Fashion & fitness have always been 2 other aspects that I enjoy dabbling in.

As a young person working in an agency, I work under high-pressure situations. To sustain such a demanding lifestyle, for now, I have made my health my passion project.

Monitoring my daily intake of calories to ensure I can push myself to put in time at the gym is a daily achievement. I would in the future like to bring together my two worlds of fitness and fashion to meet at the intersection of a great business idea.
