Mona consistently strives for excellence, growth, and knowledge. She has shown very strong organizational and management abilities, and she is super organized, with the ability to learn very quickly. Mona is a very pleasant individual to work with who always has a positive mindset and deals with situations in a very calm and professional manner. She continues to impress us every day and how passionate she is about her work and clients.

Career highlights

I am a Senior Media Performance Executive at Initiative. I graduated from AUB in 2020 with a major in BA and a concentration in Marketing. I joined Initiative in April 2021, and was fortunate to have worked across various industries including medical, automotive, banking, & FMCG.

I currently handle multiple  brands in the MENA region, across several biddable platforms.

I am always looking for ways to boost my learning curve and expand my knowledge, and I’m incredibly excited for what the future holds for me in this field.

Guiding principles

Respect, communication, and collaboration go hand in hand in creating a team-oriented environment, where one can grow, and continuously learn from others.

Another guideline is sustaining a work-life balance, prioritizing your mental health, and remaining yourself that it is okay to take a break every once in a while.
