Motivate Media Group is seeking a candidate to enhance the existing Books division and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivering results and be able to make key strategic decisions.

The job responsibilities include editorial support, publishing, business development, co-editions, packaging, international distribution, backlist management, identifying potential growth areas, quality control, managing in-house publishing team, freelance editors and designers.

Motivate Media Group has produced over 300 books till date and has more than 200 book titles in print and has become the region’s most sought-after books publisher with bestselling titles across all sectors including art, biography, business, cookery, history, nature, photography, poetry, sport and travel.

Motivate Media Group is a leading multi-platform content producer with interests in magazines, digital, social, video, exhibitions and events, cinema, and books.
