Khushboo is a dedicated, hard-working and highly important member of our community.

She’s young, passionate and wants to help be a part of great work and contribute actively to it.

She has been a key part of the team behind some of our most awarded campaigns, often playing multiple roles – that of a junior strategist, of a designer and of project management too.

It speaks of her positive attitude towards her work and her desire to learn and grow.

She’s also investing in her own education in digital strategy and design, and that’s again a reflection of her growth mindset.

Career highlights

My professional journey started with donning the creative hat, working with independent studios handling their illustrations and photography to working with a corporate agency as a creative designer. During which I also got recognized as TMS Top 50 Young Talent in UAE.

Moving ahead, my career very early on pivoted to strategy, but the creative in me never left!

In my short stint at Publicis Groupe till now, I’ve been lucky to work with some incredible people and on challenging briefs and have contributed to leading the network winning at the Effie’s and Lynx awards.

Guiding principles

Treating people with respect and kindness has always been my guiding principle. These are the basics, but then again, basics matter most.

Side hustle

Self-care and pursuing my hobbies are a side hustle currently, whilst managing a master’s degree with full-time work. This hustle is all about doing more things that bring joy to life, which also adds to the richness and quality of my work.
