Sharjah-based full-service communications agency NNC (National Network Communications), and Pragmatika, an Italian boutique communications outfit, have announced an exclusive agency partnership to strategically drive growth and diversification into global markets.
As per the terms the partnership agreement, which was signed by Yousef Al Taweel, founder and CEO of NNC and Rossella Lucangelo, CEO of Pragmatika, the two agencies will work as each other’s exclusive non-competing partners in their respective home turfs to connect their clients with new markets and target audiences while also building mutual benefit.
According to NNC, this is their first big step towards the creation of a robust independent global operations network supported by NNC’s exclusive agency partners worldwide. At the core of this strategy is the Sharjah agency’s ambition to create curated gateways for its client’s abroad, thereby communicating their messages and connecting with a broader audience base.
The two agencies have collaborated in the past on key projects. For instance, for Sharjah’s Guest of Honour participation in Bologna International Children’s Book Fair earlier this April, NNC partnered with Pragmatika to implement the comprehensive PR and digital media strategy NNC had designed to bring Sharjah’s cultural message to Italian audiences.
NNC CEO and founder Yousef Al Taweel, said, “Our vision is to foster our clientele’s global presence; this partnership achieves that for us in Italy. The key driving force behind NNC’s spectacular growth and diversification over the past eight years is not just the promise but the delivery of quality, time and again. We have joined forces with Pragmatika to ensure that our growing portfolio of clients receive top quality services not only in the UAE and the region, but also internationally. Our vision is to foster our clientele’s global presence by enabling them quick access to local communications experts in key markets; this exclusive partnership achieves that for us in Italy.”
“As NNC moves ahead with its agile expansion plans, this move made perfect business sense. It is the next best thing to having a local presence in Italy,” said Al Taweel welcoming the partnership with Pragmatika, a 22-year-old integrated communications company headquartered in the historic Italian city of Bologna.
“We are also excited to act as a bridge for Pragmatika’s diverse clientele in the UAE and the region. With our Italian partners we have designed a comprehensive and coordinated go-to-market plan to leverage each other’s local expertise to be able to offer our full service suites to each other, and more importantly, add to our respective service capabilities not only when we serve our existing clients but pitch for new business,” he further opined.
“Previous collaboration opportunities with NNC have highlighted how our two agencies share a market approach based on process quality and attention to detail. Communicating outside the geographical and cultural boundaries of reference implies an in-depth knowledge of contexts and tools that can only be achieved through local partners who have a shared vision of communication methods,” said Pragmatika’s CEO, Rossella Lucangelo, who helms the day-to-day operations as well as the overarching vision of the company.
“From this moment on, we can offer our customers the opportunity to support international marketing with targeted communication initiatives for the Arab world thanks to a solid and dynamic partner such as NNC,” added Lucangelo, who is an accomplished journalist and author whose written works span IT, food and energy sectors. She also teaches advanced training courses in marketing and communications.
Rossella’s leadership won Pragmatika an ISO:9001 certification, globally benchmarking the quality of their services which include brand positioning, reputation management, PR & media relations, events and digital communications, among several others.
