As head of PHD MENA Digital Division, I have seen Mohamad join the company and transformed the way the technical agency team operates with Automotive and Luxury clients. Mohamad works tirelessly to update his knowledge of our products–and of the market’s products as well. As a senior executive, Mohamad has been able to maximize both client and internal team happiness, his work ethic and competence are well known in the organization and inspire colleagues and partners. Mohamad’s technical knowledge makes him a pillar in the team that everyone relies on.

Career highlights

After completing my internship with Nestle Lebanon focusing on consumer behaviour research, I had a newfound interest in using quantitative analysis to solve business-related problems. This pushed me to apply for a performance executive role at Omnicom Media Group CORE in Beirut, where I was introduced to the world of Digital Media and given the opportunity to manage and lead the Paid Social team. Later, I took on my latest challenge when I joined PHD Media in Dubai as a Senior Biddable Media Executive, throughout my professional experience I worked in numerous business sectors, such as Automotive, Fashion, Beauty, Government, Banking, and Technology. My most recent accomplishment was coming in 1st place for the Best Performance Campaign in the Snapchat Awards.

Guiding principles

Never stop seeking – a question left unasked is a missed opportunity.

One thing I’ve learned throughout my career so far that I feel strongly about is to never shy away from learning opportunities and risks. Also surrounding myself with people who can complement my strengths will always result in success.

Side hustle

A few months ago, as NFTs took the world by storm, I reached out to a friend of mine who was working on an NFT project. Naturally, I was interested in knowing more, and after a lot of curiosity and research, the interest turned into a personal side hustle, where I am engaged in the creation of an exciting new NFT for which I lead the backend management of the design process.
