The Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai (SISD), Dubai’s first bilingual International Baccalaureate School, has chosen to partner with boutique PR company Shakespeare Communications for all its communication needs.
Established in 2015, the school is one of only a handful globally that offers an IB Continuum education – which means it offers International Baccalaureate education to pupils from age 3 to 18.
Alison Roberts, head of marketing and admissions says: “As a school which has rapidly grown into a remarkable institution with diverse media needs, we need the professionalism and personal touch offered by Ananda and her team – coupled with Shakespeare Communication’s global reach.”
The international, day and boarding school is where future generations are inspired to become confident and enthusiastic lifelong learners, properly prepared to embrace all the opportunities and challenges life presents.
Swiss International Scientific School, on a 17-acre, Dubai Creek waterfront campus in Al Jaddaf, has an incredibly diverse student body of 1200 pupils comprising more than 70 different nationalities. The school believes the next generation of international citizens will need to be dynamic, flexible and linguistically ambitious. With this in mind, SISD offers immersive bilingual programmes in either of the Swiss languages of French and German and a strong English programme with foreign languages.
For students who don’t wish to pursue a fully bilingual programme, there is a unique STEAM programme for all children from age 4-11 years. Offering day school, weekly or full-term boarding options, the leading educational institution offers state-of-the-art STEAM education and has world-class sporting facilities, too.
CEO of Shakespeare Communications, Ananda Shakespeare, says: “We are delighted to be working with such a prestigious school, and I’m looking forward to helping SISD take its goals to the next level. The school is a very special place to study, and we will be keen to ensure local, regional and international media understand what makes The Swiss International School in Dubai unique.”
Ananda and her boutique team will be reaching out to key media over the next few weeks to discuss the school, offering interviews and opportunities with tours.
